Fees
Registration fees include:
- Conference materials including a program booklet and access to the online abstract system
- Access to all conference sessions Monday to Friday
- Welcome Reception Sunday night
- Lunch and refreshments for morning and afternoon breaks.

How to Register
- Registration can be made using the ID and password that you used for abstract submission. If you do not have them, please create an account with the Confit System.
- Registration fees must be paid online by credit card. Credit card payments will be processed through Robot Payment Inc. Participants residing in Japan may also pay the registration fee via bank transfer.
If you require an alternative payment method, please contact the organizing committee at regist@okinawacolloids.jp. - If you need to use other payment methods, please contact the organizing committee (regist@okinawacolloids.jp).
- Members of The Division of Colloid and Surface Chemistry (DCSC), The Chemical Society of Japan (CSJ), can register with member prices. Please choose “DCSC Member” for your registration fee and provide your DCSC membership number at registration. If a registrant fails to specify their membership number, the organizing committee will ask the registrant to validate their membership.
Members of Associated Societies can also register with discount prices. Please refer to the lists below for Associated Societies. If you are a member of CSJ, please provide your CSJ membership number at registration.
Important Notice (Accommodation)
As Okinawa is a highly popular tourist destination, hotel accommodations tend to be in great demand. We would therefore strongly recommend that you arrange your hotel reservation at your earliest convenience. Reservations for The Busena Terrace (the official conference hotel) and other recommended hotels can also be made through the Confit System, which is used for registration and abstract submission.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Before paying the registration fee, you may amend or cancel your registration via the Confit System. Please note that once payment has been completed, registration details and fees can no longer be modified.
Full refunds will be provided for cancellations received by 31 August 2026. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after 1 September 2026.
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing at regist@okinawacolloids.jp - The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel all or part of the conference, or to publish all of the abstracts on the Internet as a substitute for the conference, in the case of inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances by which the safety of attendees can be threatened or the venue is closed or not accessible. In these cases, no refund will be issued for registration fees and the organizing committee shall not be liable to refund fees or for any other penalty.
- Traveling with sufficient time allowance is the sole responsibility of the participants. If a registrant fails to attend the conference or appear at his/her talk on time due to a transportation delay or cancellation, the organizing committee shall not be liable and no refund will be issued for the registration fees.
- The accepted presentations will be cancelled if the presenters’ registrations have not been made by the designated deadline.
